How to turn off camera sound

I was wondering, is there any way to turn off the sound of the camera shutter. I have tried turning the volume down using the side buttons, as well as going into the settings, but it still makes a shutter noise when taking a photo. Please help!

Switching the phone into silent mode using the switch above the volume buttons will turn the shutter noise off

In a few years, it won't matter. RIM will be out of business. Don't expect anything earth shattering or even relevant from them again.

Agreed Rim is so behind now;-/ I used to love my BB and now seeing it I sit and realize how advanced things got so soon!
