Do a hard reset my friend. Then try it again.

If it still doesn't work then log out of your apple ID. To do this go to settings, store and click your apple ID a pop up will now give you the option to sign out. Turn your phone on and off then sign back in and retry your iMessage

Let us know how you get on.

... It didn't work... :(
I have reseted it a few times before you posted but did not had the idea about logging out from Apple account... Unfortunately... nothing has changed (after waiting a few long minutes)
All is still buggy buggy...

By signing out and back in then turning the phone off and on still does not activate iMessage? How long have you had the phone?

I wanted to be sure so I did it two more times (the whole thing) but it's still stuck at waiting for activation...
I have the phone for 1 year and 1-2 months.
I wanted to see if it is going to happen the easy way but it looks like it won't...

Yeah strange one this. And as your 90 day help service from apple is out of date that only leaves people in here to help you out. I'm stumped now. Hopefully some tech head will come along and sort this for you. Good luck.

Yeah... I hope that someone will come with an idea that will fix the problem... Anyway, thank you for trying to help me :)

I guess that I will buy the iPhone 5 when it comes out... I hope it will be amazing (I'm sure it will!)
But I still love my iPhone 4 :)

I hope you are right :)
It is the first phone I've had for more than an year :D I always "kill" them LOL
But I'm very very careful with this one so I hope it will survive for at least one more year.

Just out of curiosity have you tried doing a complete restore from iTunes? I know you'll lose everything from your phone but if you do a back up first then factory restore it then back it back up. This takes awhile to do but it's worth a shot.

Well I guess that it must be done the hard way... But if it goes back to normal it would be great :)
I have 2 more hours till 10p.m. here so I won't lose any time. Let's restore!
