As of now it makes it impossible. Until somebody comes out with a new jailbreak.

Hey guys, I need some help with this. I need to know which ios to use on the wad manager when i install the forwarder. I already tried ios 249, but when it installs and i start the channel, it says loading and just returns to the wii menu. Can you help? (only experienced wii homebrewers should answer this question)
