iPhone 16 Pre-Order Thread

Do you think there will be a delay if you don't pre-order? I'm hoping units are pretty much just going to be readily available at actual release.

They could possibly sell out in minutes when pre-orders open on Friday.
I’m sure there will still be people lined up hours in advance on launch day.

The black does look pretty! But that desert gold..

I'm going back and forth on colours now...
I don't want white again....
As nice as Desert is I don't think it's for me...
I like the Natural...
But what I would really have liked would be Space Grey, I don't think BlackTitanium is close though, might be too dark.....
It's been referred to as "Almost Black" in some articles..

I did for about 6 months with my 15PM. No AppleCare claims were made! Pretty tough stuff.

(Living life on the edge like I do, I forgot to purchase AppleCare anyways LOL)

No I never have, I put a screen protector on too...
I take no chances

With my 11PM, I knew I was getting the 14PM, so I took my destroyed screen protector off in June. By September, there was one scratch on the display that drove me absolutely insane! I will never go without a SP!

I was the same, I couldn't stop looking at it and trying to polish it out....
That taught me a lesson, Always apply a screen protector

Even just cleaning fingerprints etc off the screen daily could result in microscopic scratches eventually....
I can't bear the thought of that ...

I can't say I've thought of that... but I do suppose that is true
