Iphone 4 disabled

Hi. I was given an iPhone 4 off a friend. I put a 4 digit code but I think I typed too quickly and now it is disabled. I don't have a pc/iTunes and the power button on the top doesn't work. Please is there anyway of unlocking it? Thanks

Without the passcode or a computer... this is your only option.
