iPhone 4 SMS autoresponder for phone calls

Hi, I'm a relative techno neophyte; thanks for any and all assistance.

Before I stepped into the iPhone 'light' a few months ago I had a blackberry and, aside from a painfully slow adaptation to touch screen texting, I'm happy to have crossed over.

Just before my conversion, however, I downloaded an app for blackberry that added a button for incoming calls that, once pressed, sent a stock outgoing text message like 'in a meeting; will call later'. Does this exist for iPhone? I would love to get a hold of it.

I believe there is one but i think you have to be Jail Broken in order to do this.
