iphone 4s 5.0/5.0.1 unlock

hi everyone, i did a search come up with nothing so far, again sorry for asking these stupid questons but i heard there was a software unlock now for the iphone 4s on version 5.0/5.0.1 firmware 1.0.11/1.0.13/1.0.14 ? i want to unlock my 4s with a software unlock and not gevey sim...thanks to all the help!
