No it's not. CDMA iPhones are locked to the carrier just like GSM iPhones, and currently there is no way to unlock a CDMA iPhone yourself.

Correct that's why there's no way other than flashing to switch carriers

Any new in relation to the new Gevey ultraS card for unblocking iphone4s? It was announced to start delivery on the 7th March. Has anybodiy got it already?
