iphone 4s and bluetooth problem

Hi guys. Recently I bought a new iPhone 4S. Like it but notice the bluetooth feature
is not working (discovering I should say) my new Panasonic bluetooth speakers.
The "discovering" and "pairing" act works fine between my iPad2 & Panasonic!
However it doesn't work between iPhone 4S & Panasonic.
Any clues or fixes? Please? Thanks. Merv

I know it might sound silly but have you set the speakers into discover mode (hold down a button or something), I had it with a pair of headphones where I could only have 1 Bluetooth device remembered, to use another device I had to re-connect them.

I have been on hold with Apple support for almost an hour. They have no idea why my new iPhone 4S won't pair (or even be recognized at all) with BOTH my car and Panasonic headset. Both worked well with the 3G and now the phone won't pair at all! If anyone has any answers please post it! I am so frustrated!!
