Great news to all of you AT&T iPhone 4S users who want that toggle back in settings. Here is how to do it:
1. Must be jailbroken
2. Must have iFile
3. Open iFile and upon opening the screen click "Library > Carrier Bundle.bundle" and you will be sent to the carrier bundle your phone is using.
4. Click "carrier.plist" then click "Property List Viewer"
5. Scroll down till you see "Show3GSwitchOnCat10HW" and enable it with the toggle to the right of the text.
6. Reboot your phone and enjoy having your 3G switch back!
