iphone 4s restore question

Gents,

When trying to restore the iphone 4s 5.0.1b to its original state, the itunes offers 'Restore and Update to 5.1.1'. But not just restore to 5.0.1b without updating to 5.1.1. What should I do to restore to my original 5.0.1b? The phone is factory unlocked.

if you are not bothered about jailbreaking then you should restore and update ^^
