iPhone 4S shutting off randomly [panic.plist help]

Hello everyone, hope you're doing great.

I'm new here and I have registered because even though I have decided that eventually I'll have to return my phone (which is still within warranty), I'd like to get a more detailed look into my problem and perhaps you guys can help me.
First off, I'd like to let you know that the reason I'm starting a new thread is because I'd like someone to take a look at my panic.plist reports (they are millions, but one will do) so this thread is specifically for my problem. I'm not being lazy or anything

So, I believe this problem is common amongst us 4S users, or so I have read on several forums. You take your phone out of your pocket and you notice it has mysteriously shut off, on its own. That is the most frustrating thing EVER. Could it be a battery issue? Maybe.

I can supply you with my panic report(s), in case any of you knows how to read one.

My phone is an iPhone 4S running 6.0.1, jailbroken and it's the 16GB model. The problem has existed since the first day of use, without jailbreak. I have restored and created a new profile in itunes, without any backup. I have reset factory settings, I've done everything. Please, I'd be grateful if you could help me. Thank you.

It most likely shouldn't be a battery problem. I had this issue on my 4S but that was because of an incompatibility and memory leak. See if you can upload the latest panic.plist associated with the crashing.

To me this is unreadable. Amazing how some people understand it perfectly, though.

It's both a kernel and hardware problem. Don't particular think it's a battery problem since it doesn't exactly point to the battery, but it can be a problem. Just a bunch of general panics. If you're still under your warranty or have Apple Care, you can get a replacement for it once they see the plist (assuming the rep is literate)

So I will have to have it replaced then? Man, that's sad.

While we're on the subject, doesn't apple offer an upgrade option? Like, if I'm returning my 4S and I pay an extra fee they should offer me an iPhone 5, right?

P.S.: I should restore to an unjailbroken OS before returning it, shouldn't I?

That you'll have to call and ask. Not entirely sure since my replacements are always to the same device.

And yes. Always restore to a clean iOS before bringing it to Apple
