I had a blackberry and when ever I got an email while driving it would show up on the car display asking me if I wanted to read it. If I said yes it would tell me the message. The IPHONE 5 does not have this feature as I thought the car was the issue but I am told Apple does not have this feature. Can I get an app as i use the phone for work and our laws don't allow you to touch the phone while driving

Siri will show your emails. But that involves touching your phone. You could use a holder for the phone. At least you wouldn't have it in your hand.
