Goog Day ... I am trying to update to the latest ios, and keep getting a message that the phone is no longer connected to the internet, and it can't download. I have tried plugging into an outlet, connecting to computer and also connecting to itunes. I can access the internet, and the settings say I have connection.

At this moment, iOS 9.3 is not available for the iPhone 5s. For some older devices, a problem appeared after the update, so Apple stopped signing the software.
