Iphone Backup

Hi Guys. I am in a real fucked up situation here. I recently did a clean restore of my Iphone 4 and I Backed it up before doing it. But my bloody PC stopped working after the restore. So I have to install new windows and that deleted the backup I created. That backup had my most important contacts. So Is there any way to recover my contacts.

Did you have it backed up to an external?

Thats the problem man I only did it on my pc through itunes. Never backed it up to am external source. I didnt knew my pc was gonna get fucked.
