Hello,
Please help.
I was trying to delete text messages and apps from my iPhone as my storage was full.
The messages were not deleting for some reason so I decided to reboot my phone and then it never came back on fully and stayed on the white screen with apple logo. I put the phone in recovery mode to try and save the photos and videos on there as some of them have stupidly not been backed up through icloud :-( however the software we purchased did not work to restore the phone as the phone does not have any storage.
I also do not have my apple password so have had to request a new password which I will not receive until 6th March. I'm not bothered about the phone, it's just the photos and videos I really want.
Is there anything I can do or are they all lost?
If anyone can help me with this I would be so grateful.
