First, you can buy them through iTunes... or do a search for "Custom Ringtones" here on iPF and...http://www.iphoneforums.net/forum/iphone-4-faq-16/how-make-custom-ringtones-your-iphone-20631/

i have another doubt is that i added song to the iphone ringtones successfully but i cant use it on others like text tone,calander alert etc etc.pls advise

I believe you are forced to buy custom texts tones from the itunes store. You can't have any other custom tones for your calendar, emails etc...
