Itunea backup password recovery

I have an iOS 4.1 (jailbreaken limera1n), and I want to update it to iOS 5.0. But a lot of ppl told me that I may loose all my data on my phone, and it would be better if I back it up. Earlier this year, I backed it up, and stupidly forgot the damn password... ;(

Is there any way to recover the password ??

Make a new backup, it will be much more recent and withhold you most recent added contacts, apps, files, etc...
