itunes error 3194 and accidentally removed cydia

Hello, I'm new to jailbreaking and I am really confused and just want to un-jailbreak my iphone. I accidentally removed some file for cydia now the icon is gone.
I dont know if that has anything to do with y I am getting this error or not.

I have looked online for ways to fix this. but nothing has worked, is there something else I can do?
I have tried adding the line to the host file.

you should just be able to plug your phone into your computer open iTunes and hit restore... is this not working?

no, I put the phone in DFU mode just keeps giving me that error.

have you ever made changes to your hosts file on your computer or used tiny umbrella?

found the fix... tiny umbrella, click the advanced tab and uncheck "set hosts to cydia on exit" then exit tiny umbrella. restore your phone
