IXpand help

Bought 32GB iXpand for my iPhone 7 plus to transfer pictures and videos from my iPhone to the iXpand when I go to plug it in to the USB port on my brand-new Hp notebook with windows 10 I can not find all my pictures and videos I have on iXpand. When I use iXpand on my iPhone 7 plus all my pictures are there any videos. Why can I see them on my brand-new Hp notebook? Thank you for any help on this

The iXpand may need a firmware update. In any case, I would contact the SandDisk Technical Services. The device may be faulty.
