Try this,
Tell iTunes not to automatically start when an iDevice is inserted
Completely close iTunes
Reboot your phone while it is NOT connected to your PC
Unlock your phone (pass code or thumb/fingerprint)
Connect the phone to a powered USB port
See if you get a message on your phone asking if you trust this device and select Trust this Device
