It's a good Bollywood movie from 1983.
I think it was filmed in Hindu but the subtitles were easy to follow.

A woman is recently engaged to be married, lives a life of luxury and gets in an auto accident resulting in amnesia.
She regresses to the maturity level of a child and ends up in a brothel.
She is saved by a male teacher that can see beyond her current situation and takes her home.
Great story, with an unusual ending .......
