I decided not to remove my Dev Beta Profile and since the Beta is basically the same as the official release, I didn't update (so to speak). The last time I removed my Dev Beta Profile, Apple started the next wave of Betas the very next day.

Apple has released iOS 12.6.3 for those missing the App Store. This version has also ringtones again.

Yes, and if you install 12.6.3 (which you can do over 12.7) it won't ask you to upgrade any more. 12.6.3 will work with all 3 new phones too.
