There‘s a security update for macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 (Security Update 2018-001), recommended for all users. Apple also updated Safari 11.1. This security update is not only for macOS 10.13.4, but also for OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 and macOS Sierra 10.12.6.
