Listening to a Music File

I downloaded some meditation tapes to my iPhone 7 and they are on my music file.

I have listened to them before, but not recently.

I tried to listen to them again but when I tapped on the link, nothing happened.

I went to: Settings - Music - Downloaded Music - Artists - Albums - and tried to tap each entry

But nothing happened.

I am confident this is what I did when I wanted to listen to them before but it's not working.

Am I doing something wrong or are the files corrupted?

One more question as long as I am online here.......

I have a PC with Google Chrome. I must have downloaded an update because every time....or quite often......when I go to a new site......like this one.........it asks me if I want to save the location of this site.

I always say NO to everyone. I have tried searching several places to stop it but I can't find the proper link.
Even if I say NO to a site, the next time I return there, it asks me again. I was saying NO for a long time but now I X out of the box.
If I try to ignore it, the box remains.

Is there anyway I can stop it......I tried searching under Notifications and every link under Settings but I can't find anything.

Any suggestions?
