My iPhone 4s always auto shutdown

Dear all,

I just bought a new iPhone 4s, and noticed *this phone always auto shutdown, may I know how to solve this problem?

Automatically going to sleep mode? or really shutting down on a way that you have to push the power button to reboot the iPhone and wait for about 40s for it to load completely?

This seems to be a common problem for iphone 4S users of shut down.. take it back to apple if a restore does not help

It is really shutting down.

Factory restore it and set it as new, I mean do not restore your backup file after factory restored it. You might be having corrupted files within the iOS.

After restore it back the problem still the same, any suggestion?

As mentioned above... since it's new return it to Apple and they should replace it.
