No Ringtone Tab

Hi all, first post. I am needing help finding the Ringtone Tab in ITunes to add ringtones into my new Iphone 4s. I did locate something called tones.

yeah the tone tab is where your ring tones are suppose to be if you already have ringtones created and loaded into iTunes, if not, then create a ringtones and then load it into iTunes and you will find your ringtones there.
