One speaker working

Anyone else having trouble with the iPhone 4 and only one speaker working? I've listened to ringtones and YouTube and only one side of the speakers is working. I found this out when I accidentally put my finger over the right speaker.

When looking @ bottom of phone---
Right side is your speaker. Left side is your mic...

Yep. The other one is a microphone not a speaker...

I was nervous about this at first too. Good thing I looked up a manual haha. Welcome to the iPhone

lol...good thing i searched cause i was getting upset myself today....though i do have to say it seems like one speaker isnt enough. i cant here the alerts for like gmail etc....or google talk and i cant figure out were to change the alert to make it louder or different.
