OS5- will it work on iPhone4?

Just upgraded from an old 3G phone to a 4. My 3'was crippled by stepping up to OS4. Any issues with OS5.01 on the 4 phone?

Works fine on my '4, no Siri as yet and tabs replaced in safari, not overly struck by IOS5 'advantages' personally other than not needing a PC to do so many tasks.

Yes, you do. iCloud is only available on the O5 update.
