This is called "Faxi" in Vienna. I saw it for the first time today, and I find the name funny. It's a mixture of "Fahrrad" (bike) and "Taxi" - a vehicle with a cyclist at the front, and the passengers in the seats behind him.

No. Watching others taking a ride was fun, but I prefer walking, when I intend to visit Vienna's 1st district. You're not allowed to use every street there, so you're missing quite a bit.
