What's the size of these holes? Do they ever freeze completely?
The holes are about 2.5cm square. I've never seen them freeze all the way.
These doors were painted by local artists and will be auctioned off to raise money for Habitat for Humanity.
They are beautiful. The first one is my favorite.
There's a different design on the other side. You can see a bit of it in the second photo.

Construction is beginning on a new elementary school down the street from my house. It replaces an older school on this site that was demolished in 2014.

Jupiter and the full Moon over the downtown skyline.
Here's the relative change in position between the Moon and Jupiter in just 24 hours.
Jupiter is more or less at the same place, it's interesting how the position of the Moon changed.
