Update: apps are now updating normally on my iPhone 6 Plus but not on any of my other devices.

6 apps are updating on my iPhone, and there are also 6 updating on my iPad. I don't have your problems. But I've found complaints online, from a few hours ago.

I was having the same issue last night. I figured it was an issue with the App Store. All's well now.
