Record conversation on a call

Does any one know a app that can record a call conversation on iPhone 5 that you don't have to pay for recording and that is very simple i.e. make the call then press record and when finished press stop recording and then it on your phone not somewhere else or you have to retrieve it through a email? Thanks anyone

There won't be any apps that do so. Even on jailbroken devices, developers are extremely weary of creating recording apps for phone calls as it's against federal law to invade or record a private conversation and potentially using it without the other person's consent and would eventually backfire on them.
