Returning my iphone 4s tomorrow

Y battery is bad and nothing has worked. Should I return it or does every body have this problem?

How many hours of usage and how many hours of standby are you getting?

On usuall I am getting 5 hours maybe 6 if I am lucky. And 7 hours of stand by

The most I have gotten is 12 hours stand by and 5 hours usage.

Well thats not very good i wonder whats going on it should be better than that. Did you turn off wifi location and turn off push and set it to fetch manualy?

Yeah I did that. No change. I don't know if I should return it. It could be ios 5 bug? It should I return it

Do you have an Apple store by you? It could be an IOS5 bug my battery in my I4 seems a little worse with 5 than it did with 4.

Unfortunately no there isn't.
Shall I return it through email or wait for an update?
A lot of people are complaining about there battery life on the 4s

Maybe you can call apple and see what they say. I bet there working on a fix but who knows.

I called them and they said I must return it. Because apparently this is not an issue. But every body is complaining.

don't feel bad as i am also going to return my 4s and just keep my 4. due to batt issues as well

This problem seems to be hit or miss. My girlfriends 4S gets pretty much the same battery life as my 4 and she uses her phone a good bit more then me. She's having no issues getting 36 hours or more out of it while her sister has a 4s as well and gets about 24 hours out of a single charge.

This is what I get, only had the phone since Friday and I don't have anything on it yet. Everything is off except WiFi, wanted to see what battery life is like before I add my stuff.
