Setting-up ringtone

Hi,

I have just moved over to iPhone 6s from Android and I'm hoping someone can help. I set my incoming calls ringtone to Classic - Old Phone in Settings, Sounds but everytime I receive a call I only get a vibration and not the Old Phone ringtone?

Please help?

Does your button below the volum is red? If yes then switch it and your phone will ring...

Take a look at the side switch, next to the Volume buttons. If you see a red part next to it, then it's muted. Toggle the switch to the other side, so that you don't see the red colour any more.

Another place to look at, would be Settings - Sounds - Ringer and Alerts. Make sure "Change with Buttons" is enabled, and adjust the volume (right above "Change with Buttons"), if necessary.
