Is there an app that I can use to separate games, utilities, etc into smaller drawers such as yours?

Those are called folders and are created by pressing and holding an app icon until they begin to wiggle, then dragging one icon on top of another. You can do this as many times as you like to create your folder of related apps. If there are more than 9 apps in a folder, the other apps will be on another page or pages. When you create a folder you have the opportunity to give it a title of your choice.
