The base of the theme is Boss.ios, the weather on the bottom is accent sb weather, folder icon tweak, then some different icons etc found on the thread at modmyi forums. Theres a bunch of other changes ive done through the system.

Very minimalist but I'm loving it. As much as I like the font of the clock, it changed everything else (since it's a system font) and makes mail and other things hard to read.

It's not a tweak it's the stock one from NC and I just brought it to the springboard.
