Skype 5.10 Update Brings New Dialer Feature and URI Support

On Monday, Microsoft released an update to Skype for iPhone in the App Store. The Skype 5.10 update bring further stability improvements, along with new dialer features, and the re-addition of Skype's URI.

In the new update, Skype's dialer makes it even easier to find contacts you wish to call. Now when a user begins to input a phone number into the dialer, Skype will suggests contacts from the address book, which can be tapped on to complete the number's input.

Furthermore, the new update brings Skype URI support back to the iPhone. Skype URI allows third-party developers to implement Skype features into other apps and websites.

Skype Version 5.10 is now available to download from the App Store for free.
