Strange iPhone 6 problems

Thank you everyone. I hadn't noticed that the XR didn't have a Home button. Doh! I see that a lot of people like the phones without the button, but I think she'd be more comfortable with a replacement that had one - so I'll probably go for an SE 2...

I was one of those that wasn't sure about the Home button going but in minutes I was good without one, I loved it .......
