Stupid question about Apps

People I have one maybe stupid question but I'm very curious what happen....
Inside iTunes all Apps except Whatsapp

Why is only WhatsApp in iPhone section...???
On other picture you see all installed Apps are on iPad section except WhatsApp is under iPhone section...

What's going one... What that mean? I download Apps over iTunes,
maybe only Whatsapp is over iPhone or something else.
Please explain me I'm so curious about that. Whatsapp is my first installed App.

WhatsApp is not available for the iPad, so it shows up under iPhone only.

All the other apps can be used on iPhones and iPads.
