Sadly no that's part of the cover laying on the table.

First clue
You fill it to the brushes with warm not hot water

At first sight, it looks like it's made of plastic. But at second sight, it seems as if there's metal involved. I see scratches and a dent that would look different on plastic.
There's also something inside.

Still no idea what it is, though.

Well what can l say put some warm water in there, stick your fluffy dog paw in hold the handle move the mug up and down the dog loves it.
I don't think so. Patented in USA made China

That's hilarious! You can just picture a lively, muddy puppy and this whole contraption falling over to add to the mess.

It's easier to put the dog in the bath tub and rinse the paws down l think. Then pull the plug.
This dog pot cost 20€, madness.
