Unjailbreak ?

So my homebutton doesn't really work anymore so tomorrow i will be calling apple, if im told to send it in or take it to at&t, should i expect to have to unjailbreak my phone ?

Yes defiantly. Jailbreaking voids any warranty you may have. If you don't have a warranty then don't worry about it...
