am using iphone 4s 5.1.1 jailbroken, how would upgrade my ios5 to ios 7 beta.? can any1 of u guys help me out.

You can only install beta iOS as a developer.

I'm afraid that iOS 7 beta releases are only available to registered iOS Developers. Downloading or attempting to download iOS 7 beta releases in any other way are a violation of Apple's terms of service and could result in an iPhone that cannot be activated. It is also akin to piracy and as such, you will receive no help here in acquiring iOS 7 beta releases without first becoming a registered iOS Developer.
