Volume button/ mute slide button not working

I dropped my iphone4 and now the volume / mute don't work .when someone calls it only vibrates . When I play a game there is no sound unless I use headphones I get sound without headphones listening to music is this a easy fix or should I bring it to an expert

Follow these pictures if your sound settings look like this.

If yes, move the volume bar left and right to see if there will be any sound coming out of the phone speaker.

Have u tried a soft reset already?

Had similar problem--soft reset didn't work for me, but restore in ITunes did.

Perform a soft reset, if that doesn't help, then perform a hard reset, i mean a full new restore.
