Very defined storm.

It is supposed to stall out now due to high pressure fronts and may even return to the gulf and head Louisiana way

If it heads back into the gulf it could strengthen and become more dangerous when it makes landfall again.

The closest I’ve been to something like this was in Tokyo in 2007 when a typhoon passed over the city.

Just about to make landfall. Hurricane Harvey is expected to become the first Category 4 hurricane to hit Texas since Carla in 1961.

I do hope everyone is safe there. As far as I've heard, storm and heavy rain could stay for days.
