Hurricane Irma, the most powerful Atlantic hurricane in recorded history is headed towards the U.S.. It’s made landfall in the Caribbean with wind speeds of 295 km/hr. CBC News - Hurricane Irma makes first landfall in Caribbean bearing 295 km/h winds

Keeping an eye hopefully it turns away from our Florida friends and all in it's path..

Hurricane Irma has sustained wind speeds of 185mph, only 5mph less than the all time record of 190mph. The hurricane could reach Florida by Sunday if it stays on its current track.

I know I few that are evacuating now... Just if you can get to somewhere safer I hope many do... I'd rather safe even if hopefully nothing happens..
