I came across this site as I was looking for more iPhone kids applications in addition to the ones I found over at ikidapps.com for my 9 year old. Is there a section here for kids applications?

hi just thought i would introduce myself, im mister jefferson. i just made the leap from android over to iphone and ive been a having alot of fun on the iphone 4. it appeals to all my needs and i look forward to using it in my work over seas. im from detroit but i live in louisiana for work. i have already jail broke my iphone 4 and thats been fun. i just thought i would join a forum and get and extra info from other people who use the phone as well.

how did you jailbreak your phone. I recently updated my phone and it erased my entire jailbreak history. I have Verizon version 4.2.7

Good evening !

When you read this please understand that i'm a rookie and spent almost four days looking for information all over the net.

I've bought a refurbished Iphone which was jailbreaked and unlocked. I've been looking to see how i know my device is factory unlocked or if it is unlocked because of the jailbreak.
I've searched through my cydia packages and did not find any unlock tool.

It's an Iphone 3Gs bb: 05.14.02 IOS4.1.

I have read that this bb is unlockable. Does this mean that my iphone is factory unlocked.

I want to upgrade my IOS and undo the jailbreak as i'm giving the phone to my mother.

Can I update my IOs and do not fear the carrier unlock ?

im just taking a shot in the dark but try to download green poison jailbreak on line.

iPhone 4 (Verizon) user and just bought iPad2 (32g WiFi only). Enjoy forums because they're a great way to learn more about one's particular device. For example, I was having huge problems attempting to update my iPhone to iOS 4.2.7 and my iPad2 to iOS 4.3.1 - discovered by reading various forums that if you have Kaspersky, you either have to disable or uninstall it in order to successfully download the updates. It worked. Look forward to learning even more about my devices.
