whats up everybody just ordered the I Phone 4s with Verizon. have been a blackberry user for 4 plus years; looking get the most out of my I phone.

Hello People!!!

I just registered this evening to find out a little more about my new iPhone 4s.

I have several questions that I will research and or post once I figure out how to work with this site ... since I have not been able to get answers at Verizon or at the nearby Apple Store.

I just purchased the iPhone 4s. I find it to be an amazingly powerful machine ... but, am having a devil of a time getting on board with it.

Hello all. I swore I'd never buy an iPhone. When the first one came out, I thought to myself "who would pay that much money when you could just buy a BlackBerry?" Oh, how times have changed. While I honestly never intended to buy one, it came on a whim. Three days ago I dropped my EVO4G in a puddle outside my apartment (damn you jacket with semi-large pockets, damn you!) and the thing bricked up. At first I was intending to see if the insurance that I bought with the phone would cover a replacement. But when I got to the Sprint store, I found out that I had been paying $18/mo for absolutely no reason, as they would not cover repair or replacement. Then the customer rep told me that because it was the holidays, I was eligible for an upgrade and that, furthermore, if I traded in my brick I could get an additional discount. He mentioned the iPhone 4S. I checked it out and was very pleased with the way it handled internet, phone calls, text messages and speech-to-text. So...I bought the 16gb iPhone 4S, completely on impulse...and...I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase.

To sum it up, thanks for providing this place - I hope to utilize it in the near future for my questions/concerns about the phone. And, as they say, the grass is definitely greener on this side

Just want to say hi-I am new to this forum. I purchased my first iphone 1 week ago, and I am in love with it. Coming from an android, I thought it would be a difficult transition, but I couldn't find it easier. I had a 4.3 inch screen, and would be happy with a 4 inch screen on the iphone(maybe iphone 5?). But aside from that, I have been lurking on this forum for a week, until I joined today, and find this site, and the people on it very informative.
