What are you doing right NOW??? ;)

I tore the rotator cuff on my right shoulder in January and had surgery at the end of May. I've been off work all summer and go back on Monday.
Ouch! Well, I hope everything goes well and that healing is swift. As a bodybuilder, I can tell you that protein is a necessity - the body breaks down protein into amino acids and uses those aminos to form the building blocks needed to repair tissue. Lots of protein, complex carbs (for energy), water and vitamins usually speed up the healing process.

My shoulder is way better than it was just before my surgery and the therapist is pleased with my progress.

Bit of James Bond trivia for you. The Lotus Esprit, which was used in the movie "The Spy Who Loved Me" was built in Norfolk in the east of England. I heard that 6 of them were used (and destroyed) in the making of the movie.

The trivia. During testing of the Esprit, someone decided it would be a good idea to check out whether the fibreglass body was resistant to a shotgun blast, so an example was driven to a safe place, peppered with shotgun pellets and then left while everyone went for lunch. The police found the vehicle and started a major crime investigation before the lunch break was over and the gunslingers could recover it.

If you're willing to email them to me, I can manpulate the size to bring it down a bit and email them back (I love working with graphics).
How nice! Thank you for the offer!
That reminded me of an app I've downloaded, which can bring down the size of the images. I'll try that, and see if they're still good enough.
Again: thank you!

You're very welcome! If you ever need a free image editor that is professional-grade, you can install the open source GIMP app for macOS - this is what I used to create all of those fancy iPhone wallpapers in our gallery. It has a bit of a learning curve, but it's well worth it.

I've used GIMP on my Windows notebook before. We didn't get along with each other very well. Maybe I'll give it a try with my MacBook.

Oh, it's much better running on Linux/Unix than on Windows. GIMP was actually created by the gnome folks to build their GTK desktop UI.

I am watching on YouTube The Back pack murders in Australia don't recommend it for women.
Anyway the reason for this post is the difference between them and me. If l saw a skull of for example an animal l might say it looks likes a cat.
But a professional saw a skull of human and he said
In his is own words it took him 60 to 80 seconds to realise it
was human. No joking here l would say 1 or 2 minutes.
60to80 seconds what the f******** is that all about
