i'm looking forward to IOS 7 myself, will be interesting to see what changes there will be from the beta version.I know and ios 7 looks good so far but not for my iphone 4,that why I said il wait for better version
Just to add a few more notes after a full weekend's use...
- Still very buggy! ...
iOS 7 is still in beta, this is not even close to a stabilized/public release.. bugs are to be expected.
If just downloaded ios 7 beta on to my iPhone, I find that it runs ok at the moment there are no major issues for me. Knowing that its beta is the important thing here, at the moment it feels like android a bit slow and it crashes, but as the up dates come out it will be faster more dependable this is how apple make quality product and will continue to do so for some time, and once the ios 7 comes out in the fall I think it will be the best op system on the market
Now that I am basically rebooting after every app that causes the CPU to spike, battery life is actually on par with iOS 6.
The only apps that look good with their redesigns are Stocks, Compass and Safari. The rest require me to use the invert color feature to be useable. And they have made the new Calendar app so unusable that I am now actively seeking an app to replace it.
If Apple doesn't have proper colors and app designs in place by Beta 4, I will be switching my family to the HTC One. This new look basically inhales so profusely that I would rather deal with Android's security issues over Apple's new interface.
Always knew Apple lost something when Jobs passed away. But Apple losing its complete way on interface design in one generation makes me wonder what the hell they are thinking. iOS 7 should have been so much more, sadly it is becoming so much less.
Have you tried or played with a One yet? Because there are some other pretty significant differences, as I'm sure you're already aware. Not for this thread obviously, but we spent a brief period with T-Mobile and I had the One (and S4) while we were there.
Oh yes. First thing I will do is put stock Android 4.2.X from CyanogenMod on it. By the time Beta 4 rolls around the HTC One will have been on VZW for at least a month, if not more, and CyanogenMod should have all the kinks worked out for that version.
